"I recently had my front load washer breakdown. Needed parts so I went to Appliance Pro for my parts which I have done several times in the past. I ordered the part which needed 6 bolts to mount it. They didn't come with the part. I called to see if there was some mistake. I was told that they are a separate item and needed to be ordered at a cost of $5.00 per bolt. $30.00 for six bolts is very high in my opinion. Anyway I will have to reconsider ordering anymore from Appliance pro. (by the way, got the 6 bolts from the local hardware store for under $4.00)"
"Parts arrived quickly and at a much better price that other suppliers I checked out. The only negative was the instructions. The picture was a bit dark and the part numbers ion the manual were not correct and confusing. But with the supplied schematics, it was better. I suggest maybe including the current rating on the 2 overload parts would be beneficial. I am keeping the extra one in case I picked the wrong one to install, but still had a positive experience! Thanks!"
