"icemaker quit working so I did an online search and came across this site. Part was easily obtained and matched the lowest prices on other sites. Easy to verify that part was correct for our model. While not the most complicated of repairs, the short video lets you know exactly what steps are necessary. Took longer to clear a shelf and clean up that the actual repair. "Bearings went out in washer, I watched the video on how to replace them a couple of times. I ordered the bearings and seals to be delivered on Friday, Thursday after work I Disassembled the washer and Friday put it back together with the new parts, it was up and running like new again. the video was a tremendous help. I do not think I would have attempted the repair if not for the DYI video. thank you appliance pros . com, you saved me a lot of money!!!"

"My dishwasher sprung a leak and I was able to determine that the plastic hose from the dishwasher to the drain was the culprit. Once again, Appliance Parts Pros to the rescue! It was super easy to find what I needed and the parts came quickly. I watched Simon's video and his clear explanation of how to replace the hoses gave me the confidence that I could do this. The fix was easy and while I was at it I also replaced all the other hoses and the water shut off valves. Everything works and I'm back in business. Thanks!"
