"The repair was easy and the video on their web site was very accurate. However, when I entered the zip code for my house I did not see that it changed my street address. Neither the company nor the US Post Office were helpful in fixing this problem. I still don't know where the part is. I had to order a second one because the AppliancePartsPros and the USPS kept saying the other group had it and that they couldn't fix it. I would have given them a five star rating if they had been even a little helpful. Also, when I ordered the backup part they put it on hold because they thought it might have been a duplicate order. "
