"Two parts, two appliances fixed!
Icemaker was spraying water inside the freezer. Guidance from APP showed me the problem, the part to order, and the video showed how to install. Works correctly. Can't ask for anything more!
Washer leaked from rubber seal. Installation video showed all the steps, and warned you about the ones that would be a little more difficult. In the course of installing, discovered a secondary leak not related to seal. Another part easy to order and replace."

"the water stopped coming out of the door , using the troubleshooting online from appliancePartspros, it was determined that the valve was broke, lasted 14 years, after replacing the valve though, the water still didn't run so upon inspecting the filter, found ice in the line, once cleared, the water flowed again, now making ice and getting a nice cold glass of water. thank you. parts are well priced and arrive fast, I have received parts for a dryer and a washing machine and had great success in repairs for way less that buying new appliances."
