"12 year old Amana dishwasher. Dependable! But wasn't getting dishes as clean as in the past. Decided it would be less expensive to replace worn parts than to buy new. Proved to be a good decision! Replaced, drain pump, filter, all 3 arms, the docking station and the door latch. Noticed a couple of things right off the bat: easy to recognize which part you wanted in their website. Good advice in the reviews. Great videos on how to accomplish repairs and when it came to installing the parts, it was like playing with tinker toys. Some great engineering! Had to get on chat line about an putting a part in, quick and positive response. I was on and off in under 5 mins. This is the place to buy appliance parts and it is really, really simple to DIY."

"Latch arrived sooner than I expected. Installs easily, but I have gotten used to taking the front panel off on this dishwasher. Love the Maytag for how it stacks and how it cleans dishes, but have had to replace control panels twice and latch twice. "

Beware! Refunds....
Using their message boards to diagnose and solve my refrigerator problem, I ordered 2 parts. The parts did not solve the problem and were sent back to the company in new condition in same packaging. From their website: "If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. While our competitors have strict rules about returning electrical, gas, or special order part, let you return any part you buy from us. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition." Don't be fooled by the above statement. I am still waiting on a refund that was rec'd by their warehouse 1/22/2020. Chatted with customer service rep who stated if part was installed, they will discard part, issue no refund as they don't sell used parts! I feel scammed, with all the hype on website of refunds, helping customer, etc. As of this review, no info on refund and threats of throwing away my hard earned money is not right. I followed the rules and returned the items in new condition. Beware of ordering. They are not there for the customer. With all the grief of contacts with customer service, and concern over return, they did not earn my money... Buyer beware!
