"New upgraded parts received quickly as promised. No instructions were included, but I found excellent videos on YouTube that walked me trough the repair. I had to replace everything on the upper basket assembly. I purchased a kit that had all the basket parts which was probably all I needed. But I also replaced the rails and roller assemblies that the rails ride on. Everything only is took about an hour and it works like new!"
