"If they did not have such great customer service, I would have given them a zero rating. But they made what could have been two bad experiences into a 5-star rating. Our first order arrived damaged but they quickly sent out a replacement which was perfect. Then the second part we ordered was the wrong part. Again, they quickly sent out the correct part which was perfect. We now have a working icemaker again and are very pleased with AppliancePartsPros and their wonderful customer service staff. Their pricing is also very competitive and shipping is excellent. They ship parts out the same day of the order. We will definitely order from them again when the need arises.
