"Well, lets see - Order was incorrect the first time; still waiting for that refund even though I have returned your product!
THEN, after being assured by your customer service department that the part i was looking for was now corrected on their site and they acknowledged that the part they sent was in-fact wrong, I mistakenly trusted the word of the customer service person and re-ordered again. SURPRISE...still wrong! Dealt with nice woman on Chat site who told me she confirmed that the wrong item was actually a redesign by Whirlpool and she asked if I tried the item! Wanted confirmation from her as to who she spoke to at Whirlpool because I did not want to try item and damage my very expensive dryer on her say so and what she was telling me was completely different then her co-worker. unfortunately she could not provide me any information so I again have returned the wrong item that was sent to me and no surprise STILL waiting for the refund on that! At this point I am still waiting on credit refund; have gone to post office twice and paid to return what clearly is your screw up so asking me how my experience with AppliancePartsPro.com was probably not a good idea! "

"My dryer wouldn't heat at all. I checked the heating element and it was good. Decided to go with the AppliancePartsPros recommended sensors on their wen site. Bought all 4 for under $50. Their installation videos were great. The dryer now works like new.
