"I ordered online, a GE Spectra oven. I didn't have a Model # nor did it ASK for a Model #. I ordered the Oven and the Broiler Elements. When I received them, they weren't the same ones that were in the oven. So I called and I WAS able to send them back, but I was going to have to pay shipping, a little over $24.00. They said it was my fault for ordering the incorrect ones, but yet, I did order what was provided to me and what was asked of me.
In the meantime, I did order the correct Oven Element, which was more than double the other Oven Element so I opted to just purchase the one item this time.
It was easy and convenient to install and that was huge!

"Our oven was not preheating to set point. The hottest it got, was 168. It took an hour to get there. Checked heating element, and temperature probe. Both were good. Next I checked the heat control module. I could see where there had been some arking. Found you online. Punched the part number in. The part I needed came into view. Ordered it. Part arrives a few days later. Installed it. Oven is working again. Wife is happy, so the whole family is happy!"
