"I purchased a Kitchenaid side by side frig and wanted to add an additional shelf to the freezer. Too many choices on the diagram. I clicked on Chat and got a lady that was extremely helpful. Told me exactly what to order and even offer to process order through the Chat.
I felt more comfortable ordering through the web site, but was confident that I was ordering the correct self -- how could one small freezer have so many different size shelves.
Shelf arrived 5 days early. Packaged correctly for glass. No problems. Opened the box, washed off the shelf and set it in place in the freezer. I had it filled with frozen dinners in no time.
I had looked at other parts web sites, but only AppliancePartsPro.com would tell me the part number."

"I ordered 2 sets of parts to repair a water line inside the refer and repair a ice maker. Both repairs were went smooth. I watched the videos and made the repairs. Funny thing was I had a repairman out 3 years ago to fix the ice maker,, he stated the parts weren't available and I needed a complete Ice maker. Obviously this wasnt the situation . I will definitely use this company again."
