"I placed an order on line. It took me about 5 minutes to find and order the parts. The order went thru without problems. The following day, I received and email telling me my order was on hold and would be cancelled if i did not call them back to confirm the order. The email said my "credit card company detecting a possible mismatch of billing information". That was a lie. My Credit Card company had no problems with the order. The shipping address was different then the billing address and that's why they placed my order on hold. Not because there was a problem with any of the information I entered.
When I called I was placed on hold for more than 30 minutes waiting to speak to customer service. I was 13th in line according to the message. When I finally spoke to customer service, I had to repeat not only all of my billing and shipping information , but the entire order part numbers and prices.
It took me 5 minutes to order the parts and it took me 45 minutes to confirm the order.
Maybe they should hire some immigrants. Im positive they would have done a better job."
