"We received what turned out to be the correct water inlet valve assembly from another vendor which arrived in a crushed cardboard box without a replacement wiring harness. The part was intact so we removed the defective valve assembly from the machine. It became immediately clear that the wiring harness didn't match the new part. The vendor told us over the phone that we had ordered the wrong part and the replacement for our machine was no longer available. We asked about the wiring harness for the part that was sent, and that also was no longer available. They granted us an RMA so we could return it. I then searched online for the correct replacement part from several vendors but none of theme would guarantee it to be the correct part. Only Appliance Parts Pros verified that their assembly was the right one. the other suppliers were using the manufacturer's database which contained faulty data. They shipped the part overnight at a reasonable cost and it works."
