"The videos are extremely helpful to assist your efforts toward repairing a fridge. I had two issues. The first involved no water flow. The second involved historically weak water flow through the dispenser. The first was addressed with a new water inlet valve. The second was addressed with a new Mwf water filter manifold. Once both parts were installed, water started dispensing again at a rate comparable to when the GE fridge was bought back in 2010. On day 3 now and flow rate is consistent. Very happy that I saved $1,100 by not having to purchase a new fridge. Thank you to those in the videos. Great feeling to solve a persistent issue without having to get other parties involved. If I have any issues with a GE appliance in the future, this will be my first stop when analyzing the issue. Thanks again!"
"I've been troubleshooting an intermittent problem with my Bosch dishwasher and came to the conclusion that the Pressure Chamber could be to blame. I ordered a replacement from Appliance Parts Pros because the videos have been very helpful. I was disappointed that this relatively delicate part was shipped in a plastic envelope. I checked carefully for damage and it looked OK but I think it was taking a chance not to use a cardboard box to protect it."

"great experience, only one hitch after ordering I got an email asking to see if the part number was compatable with my refrigerator, I had to chat w a representive which agitated me cause she said the part I ordered was correct.
Then to find the video on the install of replacement ice maker could have been easier or link included with my order would have been appreciated.
