"On Saturday, I paid for quicker delivery (It showed an average of 1.7 days for delivery) and didn't receive the oven element until the following Friday. The box had no packaging material in it, so the box was smashed. As a result, the metal plate attached to the element was dented."

"Hello --- this is the third time I have ordered a handle for my GE refrigerator. Must be poor design or something because I see other orders this item a lot. I was also surprised that the price has sky rocketed almost double since my first purchase. Another thing is that the top and lower handle are included. I only need the handle for the lower door -- my handyman throws the upper one away. He does have one on hand - just in case its ever needed. I just find it wasteful and Im sure Im paying for it. I'm glad I was able to order the item and get quick shipping. Thank you.
