The best part of the experience was the "off the charts" video explaining step by step how to remove the broken Ice Chute Door, and how to install the replacement door. i think they have a video for many of the parts they sell. "After buying a condo and filling the re-frig - I noticed the lower door wasn't completely closing - After debating re-leveling or re-distributing the weight - I jumped on-line found this site - (1) first order was for a lower plastic hinge pinafore the lower door - which helped but didn't completely fix the problem - (2) 2nd order - additional mounting screws for the lower hinge bracket and a couple of washers for the lower hinge pin. Problem is now completely solved. OK, so it cost my about $50 and I could have saved $10 if I had known I'd need all three - but just the same - a repair visit would have cost me at least as much along with an afternoon or two of my time. Well worth the time and expense - videos provide awesome guidance - for diagnosis and effecting the necessary repairs especially when discussing - "you need this part if ....""
