"I was trying to order a replacement glass cooktop for our stove. I was unsure that I was ordering the correct part as there was not a picture of the replacement top. I called and they verified it was indeed the correct part number and part. They sent me a link which showed me a picture of the item. It arrived the next day which was a pleasant surprise. The only problem was with the installation of our GE replacement cook top. We thought we could replace it ourselves but it was more complicated than we expected. We hired someone to replace it for a small fee. It took 2 professionals less than 15 minutes. With all that said, it was still less expensive than several quotes we had gotten elsewhere. I have used appliance parts pro several times and they have been wonderful to work with. They prevented me from having to purchase a new appliance! "

"No product dimensions on the website so no way to tell if the product would fit my appliance. Based on the "no hassle return policy" I ordered it. It didn't fit. The return procedure is deliberately onerous to encourage giving up on the return. Got through on the phone & the rep I spoke to tried to find the right part, it's out of production, so she sent me a return label. Took the return label to UPS & they say I have to pay shipping which is equal to the cost of the part. Trashed it & chalked it up to experience."

By far, the best way to determine whether a part will fit is to use your appliance's model number and to look up its part list. We do offer technical advice like this for free 7 days a week to ensure that any part that you order will fit your appliance. Additionally, the paper work that you were sent was not a return label, it was an RMA, which contains the necessary information for you to receive your refund once your part arrives back to the warehouse. I apologize for any confusion.
