"I ordered a part a week ago today and its still not here. It only needed to travel from Texas to Arizona. I will order from a different source the next time.
Update - Appliance Parts Pros indicated the review message is sent out at the same time no matter which shipping option you choose. This should probably change, but the part did arrive within the time specified.
Also - One of the two parts I ordered was incorrect. They did follow up and indicated the part number was wrong from the manufacturer. They are sending out the replacement part free of charge.
Very good follow up."

Tracking showed that it was delivered on December 16, 2017. We have received no previous communications indicating that this package was lost. Under our 365 day warranty, we can replace lost or damaged packages at no cost to the customer. However, at this point, it has been over a year since the order was placed.
