"We ordered the wrong gearcase for our Whirlpool washer (which was delivered quickly), and had to return our item for the correct part. The customer service rep was very helpful and friendly. I received all emails just as the customer rep said I would with a shipping label to return the item. I must note, I opted to pay for the return label with them. Saved me a lot of trouble by not having to measure the box or figure out the weight.
This is the second time I order from this website, and I will continue to come here for our needs!"

"I entered my part # for my stove, computer gave part # replacement I ordered what it said it was received wrong part,paid for expedited shipping, just to send back called was told it was the wrong part they were sorry had to order new part, again expedited shipping, was told I would be notified when shipped, still have not heard anything and, so basically the only ones making out is the shipping company , cost over 30 dollars between returning and shipping, not sure if I would order from here again "
