"I ordered parts almost two weeks ago and selected standard delivery which was to arrive in 2 days. I ordered a crisper pan and cover and 2 door shelves for my refrigerator. The delivery arrived 2 days after my order as expected. The door shelves were the rong size (by no fault of my own, I ordered the right part, but was sent the incorrect shelves. Additionally, the crisper cover did not arrive. I called to inquire about the order to which I received an apology and was told that the new shelves would be on there way with the same 2 day standard delivery and that the crisper cover was damaged in route, so a new one was rushed and would arrive the next day. After waiting almost a week without any deliveries, I called customer service who said they had no record of the crisper cover conversation, but thay they would reorder it. Also I was advised that the door shelves would arrive today. I haven't received them yet. Overall, I'm highly disappointed and now I have the extra burden of returning the incorrect shelves that were delivered via UPS."
