"Ordering was easy and shipping was fast. Very reasonable pricing. This part was perfect for what we needed, although we probably should've ordered more than one since there are a lot of complaints about this part breaking at the deli drawer cover hinge. Documentation/video was okay; it covered how to replace the left side, the easy one, which most could probably figure out on their own anyway. Could not find anything about how to replace the right side, the one with all the linkage to humidity controls, etc., so we had to figure it out for ourselves. You basically have to bend the plastic in several places to get the parts to unengaged and reengage and very carefully as not to break it. You missed out on five stars because of the "How To" on that right side end cap. "
