"Parts were delivered very quickly. After opening up the mixer and cleaning out the OLD grease I found the worm gear did not show any wear. This mixer was never used. It sat in a hot Texas garage for a couple of years which allowed the grease to separate and leak. Used mineral spirits to scrub/clean all the parts in the crankcase being careful to stay away from the motor. Used 6 ounces of food grade Super Lube as a grease replacement. Don't need the parts for this one but I'll keep them because I'm going to look for another mixer.

"Repair man came out and said it would be $400 to fix suspension rods, and circuit board, and best to scrap and buy a new washer, as they only last 4-5 years. I started doing my own online diagnosis, and came across some forums and a repair video on Youtube from ApplicancePartsPros. looked like a very easy 15 minute fix and about $120 in parts, taxes and shipping. Contacted them to verify parts fit out washer. Immediate response and customer service also sent repair manual. Parts arrived next day and voila, washer fixed. Would definitely go back to them and recommend anyone to use their resources. "
