"I am tracking my shipment. In one week between Kentucky and Pennsylvania my small package has gone through 3 facilities and not yet entered Ohio. There is no delivery date available. We are moving and did not expect carrier issues getting the replacement part. Hoping for the best!"

"Getting the hinge in my hand was a no brained. Appliance Pros was great to work with and beat their projected delivery time. The install was a little tricky since the screw holes are not tapped. The screws are self-tapping but since they have already cut threads (on the factory install), they seemed a little dull. They did do the job however and all is good."
