"About 2 years ago, I used APP to obtain 3 factory parts for our dishwasher. The dishwasher works like new. I was so happy with APP, I told my wife to write APP's web address on the dishwasher owner's manual. A week ago, the ice maker / water dispenser control panel went blank on our fridge. I used APP to diagnose the problem and obtain the correct factory part. Guess what? Our ice maker is back in service. I am happy with APP's service and their prices. I am sure I have saved several hundred dollars repairing the appliances myself. Both repairs were quick and easy. I am sure I saved even more by not having to replace them. I also spoke to a customer service representative by phone regarding my recent purchase, she was super friendly and helpful. I am sorry that I forgot her name.
