"We received the order as indicated on our email. However, when we opened the package there was only 1 item and we had ordered 2 and were charged for 2... The next problem came when i tried to put the refrigerator shelf in our refrigerator and it did NOT fit. We had measured carefully and all the measurements given for the part we ordered matched the ones in our frig. It is 1/8" too short... We will need to return the "one" of two we were supposed to receive and ask for a refund. :(

"The bottom freezer on my 3 year old refrigerator was leaking water. Googled the problem, which was a faulty drain "valve" which would get clogged. Apparently very common in these refrigerators. Found the replacement part at Appliance Pros, ordered and was delivered in 3 days. Turns out my friend was having the same problem, so ordered him the same part the next day. Installation of the part was very easy and - no more water on the floor!"
