"It all started when my wife was cleaning our new Amana gas range of 5 months. She lifted up the cooktop to clean the inside as she has done a million times before with the old stove only problem was that this new stove does not require cleaning as the cooktop is enclosed and when she lifted up the cooktop, she damaged the aluminum piping inside! But AppliancePartsPros.com came to the rescue. I ordered the parts and it arrived in 2 days. I would have received the parcel in one day but the snow storm in my area prevented that from happening but all in all, I replaced the parts myself and my stove is a good as new. Thank you APP. "I was looking to replace ice bin and butter shelf lidon Samsung refrigerator. Putting the model number took me right to parts diagrams for the correct model and I was able to find the two parts easily and load them into my cart. Checkout was straightforward.
Ice bin arrived quicker than expected. Only disappointment was that shelf lid was out of stock and it took longer to ship but still arrived within a reasonable time."

"I am 74 years old but still very self sufficient. When the drain hose of my LG washer dry rotted and cracked in numerous places, I called Best Buy (where I purchased it 13 years ago) about having the hose replaced. They are located 4 miles from me but wanted $100 just to show up plus parts and labor! When telling my brother, who lives too far away to help me, of my plight, he told me I could probably get instructions on YouTube that would let me see if
I could to it myself. Luckily, I chose the AppliancePartsPros video which was so explicit that I knew I could to it! I ordered the hose, it came quickly, and other that a rusted screw that kept me from following the instructions exactly, I had enough information to give me the confidence to access the hose through the back panel - not easy, but not impossible! "It's very good and the guy that explain how to replace it was very well if anything it overestimated the time needed to change the part. My only complaint would be the "Delivered to your door" time frame, I think it should say "In as little as next day delivery" when in fact it was more like 1.7 days like they're fine print says."
