When the drain hose of my LG washer dry rotted and cracked in numerous places, I called Best Buy (where I purchased it 13 years ago) about having the hose replaced. They are located 4 miles from me but wanted $100 just to show up plus parts and labor! When telling my brother, who lives too far away to help me, of my plight, he told me I could probably get instructions on YouTube that would let me see if

My only complaint would be the "Delivered to your door" time frame, I think it should say "In as little as next day delivery" when in fact it was more like 1.7 days like they're fine print says."
