"The plastic part sent to me was labeled with a yellow sticker that showed the part number I was seeking, but turned out not to match the part number molded into the plastic by the manufacturer. As a result, I received the wrong part. I don't know if it was the manufacturer or ApplianceProsParts that put the yellow sticker on it. In either case, the part pictured on the ApplianceProsParts web site does not match the part sent to me. I do realize that sometimes the picture of the part isn't always representative of the actual part, but in this case it is. I do give AppliancePartsPros high marks for the parts search, sales, and payment processes and getting the part to me quickly. I just wish it had been the right one. I returned the part at my own cost. I'll be impressed if they fully refund me the original cost and the additional return shipping cost. "

" Thermal fuse that was ordered, was shipped and received in a timely manner. This is a restock, as I keep this item on hand to replace a fuse when it wears out. I do not remember the last time I replaced it, but it was< I believe around 6 or 7 years ago. Thankfully it is a quick and easy fix. Will purchase appliance parts from this company as the need arises.
