"I ordered my part on Wednesday and received it 10 , working days , later. Web site advertises 1.6 average days shipping. I sent an email for inquiry after 4 days . No response "

After ordering I was a little surprised that I got a notice they shipped that day, but they didn't arrive for a week? I am in Indiana and the parts came from Kentucky by US mail, so should it have taken a week?
