"Do not order from ApplianceZone. STAY AWAY!!! If there is even the slightest problem prepare to beat your head against the wall. Their entire business model SUCKS for customer relations. Bought 2 pairs of coils from them for $73.90. They sent 2 of the one coil, and the 2 sister coils were backordered for over 1 MONTH. Didn't tell me about the backorder until I inquired. They tried to make up for it by sending me a DEFECTIVE coil that arrived in opened packaging and about 6 inventory stickers pasted over one another. Then I dig deeper and find out that there is a kit with BOTH of the coils I need that is IN STOCK and sells for only $10.25. So they overcharged me 260%, backordered half my order (even though it was in stock). All I got from them was "sorry for the inconvenience". I had to fill out an online form for the defective part and wait for an email that tells me that I need to thouroughly describe the problem and basically prove to them that the part is defective before they will do me the favor of making me pay to ship the part back to them for a replacement. This part is worth less than $5 folks and I am spending days waiting and "chatting" back and forth, receiving complaints from tenants about the down machine in the meantime.When I asked to simply cancel the backordered single coil and ship me the kit that contains both coils(which is cheaper and in stock), she chats back that I need to follow a link and fill out a form explaining why I want to cancel the order and then they will email me about it. I basically begged to have a conversation with a live person to cut through the insanity, but they WILL NOT ALLOW A REAL CONVERSATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I suppose you have to sue them to get someone to call you, and then it's gonna ba a lawyer and I doubt he will solve your appliance part problem either."

"Ordered three GE MWF water filters at a good price, however they shipped the MWFINT (international only version)filters which are considerably cheaper from many other sources. Shipping was fast though."

"Absolutely the fastest service I have ever experienced. I needed a new upper rack for our dishwasher. I ordered one from Sears with 3 day delivery. Their site said it was in stock. On the second day I checked the status and found out it was not in stock and would be shipped in 2 weeks. They did not even send me an email telling me this. This was unacceptable as I needed it fast to keep wife happy. So I cancelled with Sears and ordered from Appliance Zone for next day delivery. I was absolutely surprised when it came at 9:30 the next day. I will definitely use Appliance Zone as my first choice next time. Thank you very much you really know how to run a company."

"I was a bit dubious about my order here since I saw so many bad reviews, but I ordered Monday, it was processed and delivered for Friday. Good considering I'm in B.C, Canada!!! Parts were as ordered and cheaper than anywhere else.
Only issue is I'd like to be able to add to, or edit my order once submitted as oppose to have to pay $25 shipping per order. I will use again though.

"I am impressed!
I was very reluctant to shop with ApplianceZone.com because of so many very negative reviews on Resller Ratings. However, ApplianceZone.com price was at least 30% less than other online stores for my Jenn Air cooktop electrodes, so I decided to give it a shot. I also chatted online with ApplianceZone.com customer service to confirm part availabilty before making order. My order arrived promptly, brand new and fitted perfectly in the burners.

"Totally quick shipping! Ordered a heavy object on a Friday, had it in hand on Tuesday morning after a holiday weekend. It was exactly what we needed and was well packaged for shipment. They had the overall best price and great customer service. We utilized the chat feature to make sure that we had the right part.

On the bad side, somehow the order was placed twice and we received two invoices. Even though we immediately cancelled the order, we were still charged and it took about a week to get the credit for the charge. It didn't turn out to be too big of a hassle but what if it were a very expensive item and getting billed twice put our card over its limit? I believe the charge should have been immediately reversed upon our order cancellation.

However, we found customer service to be friendly and helpful in getting the money refunded. So I'm only taking off one star.

In this economy we may see stores go back to more rigid procedures in order to offer low prices. We're going to end up paying for generous return policies. In this company you have to deal with more rigid policies so you have to be careful--like in days gone by. But the reward is great prices!

This is definitely not a fraudulent company, they did refund us the money after a couple of days without any hassle. But they do have more rules than a company like Amazon.

"These guys are horrible!!!! Order delayed, wrong part, open package/used part sent. Then if you need help they only have chat! No Phone Contact at all. I have been trying for 7 days to get a refund or return authorization and all I have is run around. They accused me of ordering wrong and now won't tell me if they are giving a refund or not. BEWARE"

"I don't usually write reviews but I feel I must warn people about this terrible seller. Their service is very slow and when I finally did receive my part (3 weeks) it was the wrong one, a completely different size than the one I ordered. It is impossible to contact them by phone, you must use their live chat line which was of no help at all. They would not let me return or exchange the part even though I never opened it. They literally stole my $40.00. Beware of this company they are not reputable."

"Beware of this seller!!! I ordered several parts from them since they were the lowest price I could find. While 2 of the part were correct, the third was not even though it was the one listed on their site for the model of washer I have. Although very similar in appearance, it was the wrong part.

At first I the new part was defective. When I contacted them they told me they have never had a report of a defective part implying I was mistaken. Once I determined it was the wrong part and wanted to order the right part, they simply responded via email telling me that since the part was "installed" it could not be returned. I can understand this with most situations, but their website listed the wrong part!!!! The wrong part fit just like the old one, but was not functional.

I will never use this website again and am glad to pay a little more for better customer service.

"DO NOT USE this company. Ordered a part for my stove/range that was not operational. Never informed me when I placed the order that the part was backordered. I found out approximately 1 week later when I received the other item that I ordered with an invoice informing me that the other item was backordered. I desperately need this part because my stove will not work without it.
No telephone number for the company, had to use an online chat. When I informed the representative of the problem, she seemed disinterested and did not care. She offered a solution, the company MAY refund your money in about 1 TO 2 WEEKS (didnt take them that long to charge my credit card for their sale), click here.

Don't be deceived by the low prices, this company it not worth the little extra that you save.

"I would NEVER do business with this crooked outfit ever again. The only way to contact them is through chat and they claimed to NOT have a phone. They would not speak live to me or my wife.

After refusing to allow us to return defective filters, they said we could exchange them. When we went to do that, we had to place a NEW order with them (the original order was $192). I would not lose nearly $400 by doing business with them twice, and fortunately, my credit card company refunded the original amount.

Please don't make the same mistake that I did and do business with them. They are unethical.
