"I paid extra for 2-3 day delivery via FedEx, which is on the company's invoice. But the company sent the part regular USPS mail, which took 7 days to deliver the part. When I complained, there was no response for two days. I sent another email, asking what the company was going to do about this situation, and the response was that the part had been delivered 1/10. So I sent another email, pointing out that they were avoiding the issue that I had paid for faster shipping but they had sent the part via regular first class mail that took a week instead of 2-3 days. The response was that even though the part was not sent FedEx, it was sent Priority with the USPS which was just as fast. And Bryan also said that delay was because "the part was oversold at the time of purchase and we had to order in some more." Well, that is a lie, because I sent a photo of the packaging, which clearly shows the part was NOT sent Priority, but rather First Class Mail, and shows that the part was shipped on 1/3, the morning after I ordered. No response.
I was cheated because I was charged for faster shipping but was not given faster shipping. I was insulted because of how I have been lied to and mistreated and ignored. I will be letting my 600+ friends on Facebook about this experience, and I hope they tell their friends, too.
At the very least I should be reimbursed for the difference between regular shipping and what I paid for FedEx shipping. But given my experience so far with this company, I probably shouldn't expect a thing from them. "
