"They dont answer the phone, they dont respond to emails, they will text you in the middle of the night saying that your part shipped but never respond again.

I ordered a part from the 2 weeks ago, they say they have shipped it but USPS never received it. They are not being helpful at all in resolving this because it is impossible to contact them."

"Ordered a washer water pump part number 3363394. They had 2 options, $6 Chinese part (white) or “genuine” (beige) for $23. Add shipping. Paid via paypal. Received the part like 9 days later. Never received an invoice. The part was white in a plastic bag with no pet number or label or box indicating it was genuine. Very sketchy. Tenants needed the washer and I couldn’t wait any longer, so installed. Worked fine for less than 2 months, then leaked out of the housing which is typical of cheap Chinese parts. Contacted the company and they sent me a link for warranty claims. The link requires the part to be sent back and shipping is not covered. So basically I have to ship the fake junk back to them and pay to ship the new one to me? Their customer service responded that they weren’t warranty service so they didn’t know and I’d have to submit it. They also said that what they sent was the genuine part, when it obviously was not. Basically, they send out junk pretending it’s genuine, then hide behind their warranty “agreement.” "

They never sent a tracking number for shipment and were very difficult to contact. "When I received the bulb, it looked correct, but the base was too small. Found the correct part number and contacted Appliance Parts 365 and requested the replacement and instructions on returning the other. Never heard back. Tried again, same thing happened 2 days later. Then agreed to the life chat and was told my wait time was 1 minute. After 20 minutes of waiting, the live chat box disappeared. Simple - do they have the bulb that I need? If so, do I order it or wait and return the other bulb?

Would greatly appreciate hearing from Someone at Applicance Parts on how to resolve this issue. I have found the correct bulb at a different supplier and am considering buying it there and just boxing up the bulb I was sent and chalk it up to a horrible experience.
