"The vendor shipped much later than promised. They lied about who the shipper was. Who does that? I received the product 12 days late and it was the WRONG item, not even for the same appliance. I sent photos of the part tag and the part as requested. There was no refund offered. They wanted ME to ship them the part that THEY incorrectly shipped to me. No prepaid shipping label and no refund has yet been offered. This has been going on for three months. This company is a SCAM. Do not use them. I'm sorry I can't give zero or negative stars."
