"I ordered a part that was listed as in stock. A few days later I contacted them to find out why it wasn’t shipped. I was told that it was backordered. I asked for a refund and they agreed. The refund never came but I received a shipping notice. I kept checking back for days but it was only that a label was created. I contacted them but never could get a response. Days later it was shipped but never arrived, apparently sent to a wrong address across the country. I wrote to them and they finally refunded my money.
I would never deal with them. The BBB site lists multiple complaints like mine. "
"From day one my wife said the tray was making Ice slower than the original Ice maker and never able to keep up with Ice usage and fill the the Ice bucket, and I should have listened then but said let's monitor it for a while. It eventually started making Ice even slower and then not making ice at all for days at a time. Now, it only makes Ice if I get lucky enough to reset it's cycle using the reset button, at which point it may work for around 24 hours and then stops again. I had major issues trying to reach someone via phone and when finally connecting with someone from support they initially told me it would be covered, and later rejected it because they took so long it went past the warranty period buy few days. Terrible product, terrible support. I will NEVER trust or use them again.... "

"This company's communication is horrible. The item I ordered arrived damaged. I followed directions to report damaged item and seller didn't respond to emails or phone calls (had to get phone number from credit card company since the seller doesn't have a phone number listed on the website). After nearly a week the seller finally responded saying the product was out of stock so they couldn't send a replacement right away, then didn't respond about how long it would take to get the item back in stock. I found the item elsewhere and contacted this company to cancel my order and ask for a refund since I didn't need the item anymore. The seller again didn't respond to my message. The item was shipped after I contacted to cancel my order, no shipping notification was sent, and seller now expects me to pay to return the cancelled order before they're willing to issue a refund. This company is terrible at communicating and their inability to read messages and follow up will cost you. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!"

"They canceled my order without notifying me. The only communication from them was an email asking to confirm delivery. I spoke to a representative and they were no help only stating the part was out of stock. Then why not post it as sold out? It is still available on the site Or temporarily remove the listing. And why would you send an email asking to confirm delivery when you canceled. "

"We ordered 2 parts for a gas stove cooktop. Parts said they were in stock and would arrive within 3-5 days via FedEx. It's been 30 days. I have sent 4 emails and messaged them online several times. I have not received a response from this company. The parts have not arrived and we are out of the money we paid. I will be disputing this with our credit card. This company is a scam. "
"I ordered some parts for my dryer and paid for FedEx express service. The parts showed in-stock. After several days without any updates, I contacted them and they replied that one of the 4 parts was out-of-stock. Yet they didn't contact me to ask? I told them to ship the remaining 3 parts, and refund for the part that's out of stock. Person said yes. I never received the refund, and 3 weeks later I still haven't received the 3 items. I ended up ordering from Amazon sellers instead. It's not worth it to deal with these sellers who are dishonest and also don't give a damn if they screw you, and you don't have any recourse. No wonder people would rather by from Amazon or similar platforms. Order #1299751"
