"We've bought a number of washer-dryer pairs, electric ranges, microwave ovens and other items from Appliances Connection over several years with "zero" issues. Recently, however, we received a clothes dryer that had incurred minor external internal but apparently severe internal damage (probably occurring between the warehouse and our apartment).
All to say, to satisfy our requirements, we purchased another new dryer along with the installation, etc. as before, relying on Appliances Connection's refund provisions. Then, for nearly two months until late September - when we "found" Ms. Ivorie Legree in Appliances Connection's Customer Service Department - we received both confusing and erroneous emails regarding the status of our returned dryer and the refund! Just one phone call with Ms. Legree resolved the status of the return of the defective dryer, the refund credit remitted to the bank and her application for the remaining refund due to us. I must say that during my professional career of 50+ years involving equipment and services, Ms. Legree is by far one of the 2 or 3 best customer service representatives I've interfaced with on four continents. Kudos to Appliances Connection for hiring her!"
