"I ordered a microwave oven. Upon delivery we had problem. Notified salesperson: "I must return the microwave oven. It was delivered today and, to my disappointment, it is not the correct size. I was puzzled because the box indicates it should be 12 inches high. The discrepancy results from my failure to realize that the height measurement includes the four supports upon which it stands. " I have to take some responsibility. I should have told the salesman that the unit had to conform to a built-in cabinet dimension. The Appliance Connection was gracious and with the assistance of Jackie, provided for the return expeditiously.

"Awesome! First ordered a Samsung double oven stove and everything including shipping went seamlessly. "The first time I called was to check to see if the product include an item that was pictured but not mentioned in the specs and spoke with Shakira Y. who assured me the was included after quite some research - beautiful! Then, I couldn't figure out why my order said shipped yet I haven't received anything after 10 days. Well let me tell about Judy F., appliances connection customer service concierge, or should be at the least. The logistics of the order process was explained, the departments involved in this transaction and their functions, and then when I asked where it was coming from, Judy F. says, " Well, I'm not sure. It may take me a bit so please be patient and I will find out for you. Hold on." When she returns only a few minutes later she says, "I found out where it shipped from, are you ready for this?"
