"We recently moved and required new appliances. I found Appliances Connection after searching for good pricing on what we were after.

We experienced one hiccup, I placed my order well in advance (three weeks) of when we needed our stuff and although I’m unclear as to what caused a delivery delay of a few days we did wait a few extra days.

I contacted customer service when I became aware that shipping was delayed and they were very helpful at tracking down my stuff and hurrying it to me. Couldn’t really ask for more.

I qualified for a $400 rebate from LG and I tried three times to apply, never could figure out how to do it and had pretty much given up when I received an email from Shorena at Appliances Connection informing me that the deadline was near and offering to help me! Talk about pleasant surprise, she filled out the forms for me and told me that the rebate of $400 would be on its way once it’s processed! This is a *HUGE* deal because LG and other brands offer tons of rebates, if I apply for the wrong one (very easy to mess up) my claim is likely to be rejected and I would lose out completely.

Great service, products and above and beyond with the help. Can’t really ask for more. "
