However, the communication with the movers was sub par. I was informed that the delivery could go up stairs for a fee. However, the movers said they don't do stairs. We figured it out, but this was frustrating.
The oven led to some popping explosions. The AppliancesConnection customer service was great for coordinating the factory service technician to come out. However I learned that the oven had no serial number, which complicated reimbursement for the technician.
