When I contacted them I was told it was an authorization and a charge and the authorization would fall off in 2-3 days. 13 days later I was still fighting with them and my bank who knew immediately they charged me twice. I finally had to get a 3-way conference call to settle the dispute which was 100% Appliances Connection's fault. This company doesn't even know its own business, avoid, avoid avoid.."
