We were a bit disappointed, though, when we were sent an email to confirm the delivery date and time (which we did) and our stove was left on our rear porch (blocking the rear door) the night before the confirmed delivery time and date. However, we called the delivery company (around 7pm) and the person on the phone was very polite and said he would send the driver back to move it. The driver didn't arrive back at our home until 10:37 pm -- so it was a late night for my husband who had to shower, get to bed and get up early for work the next day. But he said the drivers were very polite."
