"I ordered a refrigerator during early 2021. Due to shipping challenges it did come a little later than it might have in other years, but it came as expected, and I was sent a text message a few days before its arrival, so I could be prepared.

"Ordered a dishwasher listed "In-stock" on July 19th. After I submitted payment I was told it wasn't in stock by automated email. I called and was told on two separate occasions it would be shipping August 16th. Called August 20th to be told they have no ETA. They charged my CC on July 19th. Total waste of time and money. Ironically went o Lowes website and ordered the same dishwasher which will be delivered tomorrow. WASTE of TIME & they lie about their inventory to get your $$"
"There are reliable internet sellers with good systems and processes. Unfortunately, this company is not one of them. My rating would be lower but I am giving them the benefit of the doubt due to the difficult times everyone is experiencing.
The problem starts with their terminology, an item shows available and clicking on the ? gives a definition of in route to our warehouse or to our suppliers warehouse. Once ordered, the delivery date starts sliding. A call to customer service, provides an additional caveat - or it is in their catalog. Other sellers would term this out-of-stock.
Their systems are not integrated well, once they have the item, they say it has shipped and bill you. The item did not ship for several weeks and the trucking company they use is more inept than they are.
On the positive side, most of their customer service staff try to help but their processes prevent that from actually helping. 3-1/2 months and still no stove nor can anyone tell me where it is."
"I purchased a new oven/range from AC and it was delivered back in December 2020. When it arrived, it had some cosmetic damage to the bottom storage drawer that I had to call about getting a replacement for. Richard and Ana were in constant contact with me to see if/when I would/did receive it as it was back-ordered for months. Once it did arrive, there was damage to the replacement because of poor packaging. All I had to do was email them again, and a new one arrived in less than a week and was packaged properly with no damage. I cannot say enough about the level of Customer Service that I received and they have made a customer for life. Thank you so much!
