I changed my star, because they took the chance to reach out and listen. They were able to remedy the problem and help. I appreciate the time they took to assure that things were corrected.
I had extreme difficulty getting my furniture. The first delivery was just 1 cushion. I ordered a sofa and chair. The second delivery was missing the feet and hardware. The third delivery, they never showed. Then it took over a week to find the furniture. I then called Appliance Connections to ask for compensation in the form of delivery up the stairs or the 10-year warranty upgrade. Only to be told it doesn't exist on furniture. Then why did I get the email about it in the first place? They told me the manufacturing company would contact me about the missing hardware and I still have not received anything. The fourth delivery is to be determined."

1st delivery attempt failed - no confirmation or prior notice was given
2nd delivery attempt failed - driver said washer and dryer wasn't loaded on the truck
3rd delivery attempt - dryer was damaged and didn't work

"We ordered a fridge in December and after month and months of being strung along with shipping dates being pushed forward every month, we cancelled that order and ordered the upgraded, more expensive model, that we were told was in stock. That was early March and that product was also backordered even though we ordered it so we could get it within a couple weeks after waiting for a new fridge for sooooo long. We finally received our fridge on April 16th and we love it. Delivery was great and we are satisfied with it."
"I ordered a washer and dryer set at a price well below my local stores. There was a delay on the dryer due to a manufacturer issue related to covid. I checked with other stores and they wre having the same issue. Appliances Connection's customer service was veey helpful. They split my order so we could recieve the washer first. Then they followed up with the dryer, sending emails to make sure my issue was being handled. Overall I found there customer service to be very helpful and responsive.
I have not received the dryer yet (it has shipped), but the washer was in great condition and works veey well."
