"Everyone understands the challenges of COVID and adjusts for delays, but the order status information on the website is misleading at best. When you buy a product that is listed as "in Stock" and will ship in **** number of business days, you expect that to happen.
We planned for a long delay so we ordered last November. Part of our order showed "in stock" when we purchased it. It turns out that this was not true, but the website continued showing the product was available for shipping. We received one item recently, but the remaining three items are listed as "waiting for truck to pick up" This translate to mean that the vender has not shipped it. Most reasonable people would take this to be misleading. Why can't they just say it's back ordered? We still have no ETA which can be a little annoying. The good news is that we still have some time before we need these products. Would I recommend Appliance Connection to others, that is a very good question.... "
