We really appreciate that after removing the old dishwasher, they gave us a chance to clean up a bit before the new one went in. However, I had to install the kick plate on our dishwasher myself, and the dishwasher wasn't secured to the cabinets on either side, so it shifts if you open or close the drawers with a little more force."
