Purchase over telephone was both informative and easy to accomplish. Setting up delivery was also easy and accomplished on line. Delivery and installation was seamless, technicians were knowledgeable, removal of the old refrigerator and installation of the new unit proceeded without incident. New Dacor side by side took about 24 hours to stabilize temperature settings and has been working flawlessly. Inside storage is accessible and well lite.
