"The absolute worst customer service and online experience of my life. BUYER BEWARE. When I purchased the item the website on 4/24/20 it said it would deliver between 4/29/20 - 5/1/20. When I hadn't heard anything about it in 3 days I called and I was told the status would update in 24 hours, it never did. When I called the next day they said it was getting ready to ship the next day 4/29/20 and I would get it in 7-10 days, I said that's not what the website said and when I pointed that out the representative got extremely rude and basically said take it or leave it. At this point I was stuck and I told that to the lady She asked me if I wanted to cancel I said no, I asked to speak to a superior she said she was a supervisor. I said I wanted what the website promised and told them I would be making a complaint about it and hung up. No sooner than I made a complaint online, my order was cancelled. When I called back to ask why the next rep said because I threatened to complain they cancelled my order. Completely unprofessional and and a true testimate on how they view customers and customer service. Their online ordering has inconsistent information, they are rude and I believe trying to defraud the public. Don't waste your time "
"I was searching for a specific hard to find microwave and an installation trim package for the microwave. Appliances Connection’s web site stated they had both products. Sure enough when I called they did have the items I was searching for. A nice gentleman helped me place the order right then and said they would ship immediately.
So far I am a very happy Appliances Connection customer!

"We are renovating our kitchen, and as a first step decided to get all the appliances so we’d be ready when the cash cow told us to forge ahead. My researcher wife went to work, scoured the internet for top rated appliance dealers, and found Appliances Connection (AC). She’s terribly OCD on ratings, testimonials, etc., and was positively gleeful upon seeing AC’s many 5-star ratings. We grabbed the phone and got started. Given the price of these items, apprehension set anticipating a protracted, fatigue-inducing transaction.
That prophecy was entirely wrong . AC, from the first phone call through the last, proved to be the best choice possible. Before getting serious about the project, we had talked with lots of appliance stores. Providence, thankfully, steered us away from those questionable “opportunities”.
We spent hours on the phone with Daniel, the Sales Manager, as well as other of the staff. No matter how many times we changed our minds about the models and myriad other products of our indecision, Daniel walked us through everything in the most patient, professional and personable manner imaginable; a refreshing difference from attitudes we encountered elsewhere. On his own, without prodding, he found us even better deals, suggesting order changes which not only saved $$$, but enabled us to get free appliances. Savings were at least $10K.
Every staff person treated us like royalty, giving us the feeling that we were their only customer. Each time we called it seemed like all of AC stopped dead in their tracks just to take care of us.
The entire transaction was a study in efficiency and superlative customer service. The white glove delivery was superb and went off without a hitch. Even a single loose door on one unit, which could have resulted in shipping and replacement issues, took only a couple days to cure once Daniel took control. All done. Fixed. Perfect.
As you can conclude, we are enthralled with Appliances Connection, and will never go anywhere else. The wine cooler was the unit we fired up right off the bat. I’m enjoying a glass of Pinot at this moment, relaxing and grateful that we chose Appliances Connection.

"A dishonest business that will not correct their own error.
We purchased a key plumbing fixture for our bathroom remodel from Appliances Connection after finding it listed on their website. The transaction went through and several weeks went by with no notification of shipping. Finally out of the blue we received an email stating only that they had unilaterally canceled the order with no explanation.
After writing back to find out what happened, they responded that their supplier changed their pricing so they canceled on us.
Any good business will take a drop in margin when they’ve committed to a sale price.
Only irresponsible and selfish companies would refuse to resolve this in a customer’s favor."
"We loved our experience over the phone with this company. During this corona virus upheaval, we called for jus to get some information and ended up buying the $4,000+ range we wanted! The invoice appeared promptly in my email inbox, along with information that it would take 24-48 hours to process the order.
Unfortunately, once the order was handed off to the delivery company things went downhill. Appliances Connection promised that "A representative from the freight company that is handling the delivery...will normally contact you 1-2 days prior to delivery to schedule a delivery day and time." We were even promised a SECOND advance-notice: "You will receive a 6 hour window of delivery."
We got NONE of that.
I got a phone call when the truck was IN MY DRIVEWAY. Due to pandemic, my husband and I were both working from home so we dropped everything and frantically moved furniture and cabinets to make room for the range. But both the gas and the electric service were supposed to come FIRST because we'd arranged to have "white glove service"--they would hook up the stove when they brought it. Of course, that didn't happen, either, so we had to arrange for extra time/cost to have it done after the delivery.
Good place to buy the product, really awful delivery experience.
