Thank you for your review. Ashford takes all their customer comments and concerns seriously. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you during your purchase. A 0 or Zero is generally Skinner and more oval shaped and O is round and a circle.
However, we have given this to our content department to see if codes can be randomized without the letter O or number 0.
