"My order of thgthge guardian angel bracelet came damaged. I took a picture of the bracelet and sent it. Samantha Davis was great to deal with, the guardian angel bracelet was on back order. Ms Davis gave me a choice to wait or replace with another bracelet. Singer I am a Big Dallas Cowboys fan I was able to replace the bracelet with a Dallas one, making this girl very happy."

Disappointed

"Beautiful, unique items however very disappointed...purchased a bracelet as a gift and after it didn't arrive for almost 2 weeks I called customer service only to hear that it was not going to be available for another 3 weeks. Items should not be sold if they are not in stock :( now I have to find another gift at the last minute."

MLB Bracelet not worth the money

"I bought a MLB bracelet for my sister's birthday gift and bought one for myself, as well. I did not wear the bracelet in the shower nor did I wear it everyday. The silver is tarnishing and turning a different color. I called to complain and was told that my purchase was more than 30 days old and they would not be able to replace it. What a ripoff. It was overpriced to begin with and then to not stand behind their product is ridiculous. I will never purchase another item from this company."

"I ordered a bracket on Sunday. When I hit the submit button I realized the discount was not showing. I emailed the company and immediately asked for a refund. A representative named Daniel emailed me back and told me he would be happY to add the discount code and refund me the difference. I received the notice today that it was refunded to my paypal acct. I will be honest and say I was concerned that it would be a nightmare for me to get corrected. Thank you for proving me wrong. Way to be a step above your competition! I will definitely order from this company again. "

A real human voice!

"I was curious about my order and emailed the generic customer service inquiry line expecting no answer, or an autoreply at best. Instead, within an hour, I got a personalized email from a real human being telling me that my order's been shipped. Great customer service in an age of tiring autoreplies and automated voices!"

Excellent Customer Service!!

"I purchased a bracelet 4-5 weeks ago from Ashley Bridget, and the charm kept falling off. I mentioned it in my online review. They actually reached out to me after reading my review, asked me to send them a picture of the bracelet, and within 15 minutes, customer service/support sent me an email saying that they were replacing my bracelet.

They obviously really care about their customers, and I can't wait to receive my new bracelet!

"I love the bracelet I got but I got an allergic reaction around my wrist and don't know if it is because of the material used in this bracelet, so I emailed Ashley Bridget, went on FB, and asked them where the bracelet was made. I never received a response from them. So I did it again, and waited, no response. Then thinking 3rd time is the charm did the whole procedure again. No response. For this reason I would not recommend this company to anyone. I guess they are to busy to emailed little ole me. I am sooooooo disappointed in them. I am sure there are hundreds of other companies out here in the cyber world and I will find someone else to do business with. "

Very, very, very disappointed!!!

"My husband bought a bracelet from Ashley Bridget and gave it to me as a birthday gift. Upon receiving the bracelet, I decided that it was just not for me and asked him to return it. He purchased the bracelet about a month prior to my bday so that he would have it in plenty of time. When he contacted CS he was told that since it had been longer than 30 days they would not let him return the bracelet for a refund. After discussing the situation with 2 different CS persons at Ashley Bridget, he was told that they would honor a one time exchange. Well, that's better than nothing. However, I'm looking at their website and I'd say at least 50% of their items are marked as "sold out". Unbelievable. I don't even want another item from this website but to add injury to insult, the selection is very poor. I work in CS and find this very hard to accept. CONSUMERS PLEASE BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE WELL IN ADVANCE OR MAKE SURE YOU RETURN IT WITHIN 30 DAYS IF YOU WANT A REFUND. "

"I ordered 5 sports bracelets and accidentally they sent one of the wrong teams and with no problem they resent the team i was missing and I didn't have to send back the one I received in error which equals hassle free. "Received my school spirit bracelet in a timely fashion. It was a gift for my daughter going off to college. It was very cute, she really loved it.
