"I placed an order from Ashley Bridget, and when I received my merchandise, the order was incorrect. I ordered numerous bracelets and received 2 of one of those bracelets when I only ordered 1, and received 1 of another bracelet of which I ordered 2. I really needed 2 of the latter bracelet. I emailed my issue, and not only did AB respond within minutes and tell me they were shipping the correct bracelet to me that very day, they told me to go ahead and keep the bracelet of which I received an extra! I've never experienced such fabulous and swift customer service! On top of all that, the bracelets are gorgeous! Quality and Customer Service at it's finest!"
