"I ordered two bracelets for which I still haven't received. Long past the date needed to be given as gifts. Everytime I check on the order I get the exact same response "Due to the high demand your order will be shipped on this date rest assured" an this has been the exact response and the shipping date has changed 4-5 times now rest assured. I havent cancelled only because the expectation for these gifts was high. I will definitely not be ordering again once I finally receive the intended gifts. Very dissappointed with this experience."
"I was trying to place an order online and the personal discount code I had received in e-mail was not working. I e-mailed customer support today, Saturday, after 7pm, and within 5 minutes received a response to see how customer service could help. I explained the situation and asked if they could make my discount code active so I could try the purchase again. Not more than 10 minutes later I received a response saying it was active and to use it. I completed my purchase with my activated discount code not more than 39 minutes from the first e-mail query I sent.

My 1st order went without a hitch.
My 2nd order I placed, but decided I wanted 2 after I placed the order. I contacted customer service via email and the order was to be cancelled so that I could reorder and get 2 bracelets with only 1 shipping charge. The order ended up going through and I was informed I could order the 3rd one and I would get credit for the additional shipping charge. Everything I was told happened in a very timely fashion. "

"I ordered a gift to be delivered to my friend from the Ashley Bridget site and although the USPS tracking site said it was delivered she never received it. I contacted Ashley Bridget and a very polite agent by the name of Charlotte Bailey responded to my concern promptly via email. After contacting the recipient's local post office and confirming the package was not there the agent immediately got to work on sending out another gift for my friend. What a pleasure to deal with people that are efficient and deal with a problem without any hassles.
