When I verified the price I quickly confirmed my order and within less than 12 hours I received confirmation of the car rental agency and payment for our trip to Hawaii. I saved over 30% than the lowest price on the net and received an upgrade for less than the 30% difference. Thus, I got an even greater deal for an upgraded SUV and the entire process was seamless and so easy! I will use Atlas Choice for all my car rental needs and even recommend to friends and family. Large excess on rentals, probably to get you to buy excess buydown products, but if it's price you are after, these are the guys to hit up. Rental was through a good company with a v nice car (thristy, new yaris). If the booking goes through, grab it!"
"The Atlas car rental from "Fox Rentals" was not as good of an experience as my prior rentals from Atlas' other partners because: 1. longer bus trip to and from airport to Fox' rental location in Tampa and 2. i was not advised of the Kia "eco" button as was referenced to me and learned by me only upon my return of car to Fox rental. Apparently the "eco" button stands for gas economy and was on during my entire rental trip. When i needed quick acceleration in traffic, the Kia stalled for a couple to three seconds before the engine then kicked in moving the car forward--very dangerous. Not sure that the car should stall whether the "eco" button is on or not but, in any event, had i been told about this from the start i would have tried the car without the "eco" button on or would have returned the car back to Fox at the beginning. "
"Ordered car located at airport for convenience. Car not at airport and office closed when I need to drop car back off. Had to pay for taxi to airport. Defeats the object!!!!!
Contacted Atlas and told it was in small print. Hello this is not what I ordered and paid for !!!!!!!"

"This company is a sham, we booked through them for a car in new zealand, we were due to pick up the car at 01:00 am at the airport and on our confirmation it said we have to pay the out of hours fee locally at the airport.
We arrived at 12.45 am and called the out of hours number they had provided which was closed? great help.
We then managed to get a hold of the company that we were supposed to get the car off and we were told there is no car available for us??
First phone call to atlas choice costing me 15 dollars just to be told that we definitely have a confirmed booking and that there was nothing they could do so we should just get a rental car from somewhere else and try and get a refund in the morning!!!
We had to pay $29 dollars to get the shuttle bus to our hotel and then another $36 dollars in the taxi to get back to the car rental facility the following morning.
The car rental company then showed us the booking information that Atlas Choice had sent them and it was literally just our name so that was the first reason they hadn't provided the car because atlas choice had not given them all our details, also they didn't send the vehicle as we hadn't paid the out of hours fee (which atlas choice said to pay locally) as they wouldn't provide the car until full payment had been made, atlas choice knew we were arriving at 1:00am and the facility wouldn't be open for us to pay yet they still took our money and lied to us anyway.
I am now trying to get atlas choice to refund me the money I had to fork out due to their incompetence but they keep fobbing me off telling me it was there partners fault and not theirs, I have never known a company try to shirk its responsibilities like these guys.
Stay well away from this agent the are terrible, lying, no good, useless and have terrible service. "

"It took almost 4 hours to get our car. EXTREMELY slow and unhelpful staff. We did NOT fly ourselves over to Mexico to spend our holiday waiting at the car rental office. NEVER AGAIN would we use Mex/ACE/Fox. EVER.
We saw AT LEAST 4 Hertz shuttle buses and 3 Avis buses passed by before our shuttle came (Cancun Airport). It then took at least two hours to finish the paperwork - no explanation of the delay whatsoever. By the time we finally finished that, we were told our Toyota Corolla (or similar) wasn't available and we were going to given a 7-seater family van.
We didn't want a big car but we were ready to take whatever since we waited forever but when we were outside to pick it up it wasn't there (surprise, surprise). The staff said "it's being clean," "almost here," "five minutes" - LIES.
An hour later still NOTHING. People that were behind us in the queue got their cars BEFORE us - SMALLER cars too! We complained to the Manager and asked him to give us ANY car because we've already waited for 3 hours and he wasn't particularly helpful and eventually ran off (literally).
He eventually came back almost half an hour later with a bright red Chevrolet Camaro - how conspicuous. We didn't care at that point and took the car and went to their local office in Tulum the next day to change to a normal car.
An extremely unpleasant experience and it was just not worth it."
