Miss Information

"They did not send relay with the compressor as the web site states and argued with me about it. Not until I sent pics of web page did I get what I paid for. I don't like having NO yelled at me by a customer service rep."

Customer Service Failure

"On Dec 22 I spent 2.5 hours on chat to fix an issue. I was told the warehouse would be in contact within a day or two. 3 weeks later I still have not had communication from the company, they have no phone number to call, the chat service is always unavailable,and email messages go unreplied. Horrible service."

"Though followed their parts finder and chose vehicle specific parts the parts I received are completely different than the stock parts. I believe they are for a gas vehicle but I drive a diesel. Will see if I can return though opened"

Refund shortchanged!

"I paid for the part which i returned in mint condition which I paid $56.95 and on top of that I paid for canada post to ship it back but was only refunded $22.58! Does that sound fair?? No one even is replying to my emails and when you call no one picks up!"

Missing parts

"I was able to find a "dicontinued and hard to find" part for my 2007 Subaru Legacy, a PCV hose. Price was ok too, arrived in 2 days, just like advertised on air mail (1-2 days).

However,
The ball joint for my 1996 SVX never came, its been weeks. Representative email me statement that its being looked for.
Well I need the part now, I even payed 55$ for 1-2 day airmail. So that high shipping cost was a total waste, and the part is nowhere to be found. Not impressed at all, Id rather go to the dealer where my parts are legit OEM and arrive guaranteed.

While a good selection of hard to find items is present here, it will be my last resort, and even then, I will treat it as a gamble, and I dont like to gamble.
